Don't let all this aggressive imagery fool you. For every startling spot for Spike TV or Powerade, Brian has directed equally elegant work for Google, Bausch and Lomb, and American Express. The common thread through all of it: a precision, uniqueness, and dare we say delicacy that makes these projects utterly watchable, over and over again. If for no other reason than to study the remarkable detail.
About Brian Mah
A director and CD at Imaginary Forces since 2002, Brian Mah has helmed a wide variety of projects across multiple platforms and media. His work combines a strong passion for live action cinematography with a love of simple and clean graphic design. Brian attended The Ringling School of Art and Design in Florida, and has collaborated with architect Frank Gehry and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
About Imaginary Forces
Don Draper falls. Nucky Thompson smokes. Scions cruise. Dolby surrounds. All brought to vivid life in title sequences and advertising spots by Imaginary Forces. If you have a TV or go to the movies, you've seen the work of these motion virtuosos. From the spectacular flashback sequences in God of War III to commercials for Target, Smirnoff, and Lexus, in the hands of IF, characters and products seem iconic from day one.
Join us, Thursday, January 19, as Brian shows us a world where the real and digital are blended in impossibly memorable ways. You've never seen work quite like this, and that's just how Imaginary Forces likes it.
