This position requires a minimum of a BS/BA or related 4-year design degree with an emphasis in graphic / interactive design; 5-7 years agency or in-house experience in interactive and print with premium or luxury consumer brands; fashion experience preferred; proficiency in Adobe CS5 Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, a clean, modern design sense, as well as the ability to apply that sense during the design problem-solving process; equally comfortable with print and interactive design; programming knowledge, video editing and packaging design capabilities are pluses; the ability to organize and maintain a variety of design development schedules, as well as budgets and design strategies; a high level of interpersonal skills in working effectively and independently with all levels of management, as well as outside resources; strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and collaboratively, in a fast paced environment; ability to prioritize work and manage projects on a daily basis; and sufficient mathematical and analytical skills in order to perform required tasks successfully.

VSA Ohio, the state organization on arts and disability (www.vsao.org), seeks a free lance videographer and editor to assist with developing a short PSA for our education programming. We are looking for a self-starter with an eye for clean designs, who can complete the work with little oversight.
The final PSA will be approximately 3 minutes long and include footage from arts residency programs and professional development sessions, conveying the "feel" and value of programs. Some footage has been captured; videographer will need to attend 1 workshop and 1 residency to collect new footage. Final product must include closed captioning.
This is a single project opportunity. However, VSAO does need to contract with a videographer 1-3 times per year. If this project is successful, future free lance work will be available.
